"I found the link to 2Good2B bakery on your website and contacted them about ordering a birthday cake. I spoke with Mike, the owner and baker, and ordered a lemon cake that was out of this world. Layers of moist lemon cake with a delicious lemon curd filling and frosted with white southern frosting. The cake was as beautiful to look at as it was delicious to eat. The cake was for my birthday and I was the only gluten free one eating it but all my non gluten free friends loved it as much as I did.

"Someone sent me information on Mike Barbanti's www.2Good2Be cakes. They are awesome. I ordered the chocolate cake for a dinner party. The non-GF people enjoyed it & couldn't taste a difference. It was moist & decadent. I brought home the leftovers & froze individual pieces & they're good too. It's been a long time since I could have a cake of this caliber. I highly recommend his cakes."
