In the FAQ section of their website it states: "To order gluten free you must mention it to the the server. Our kitchen staff are well aware to make sure they do not dust any items with flour and use separate kitchen utensils to avoid any cross-contamination. We do not have gluten-free pasta, however we do have risotto and many other menu items that are gluten free."
