Chevy's has updated their gluten-free menu in May 2012. A press release about it can be read here. They warn that "Preparation facilities vary by location and all guests with gluten-related disorders whould inform their server beforehand to ensure that preparation and ingredients align with dietary requirements."

To find the gluten-free menu online, you must go to their website, select the location you want to go to, and and then click on the "Download Gluten Free Menu" link.
