Gluten Not Included Bakery (GNI) is a "100% Dedicated Gluten Free Bakery". They sell GF croutons, bread crumbs, scones, pizza crusts, several varieties of bread, and much more.
GNI currently distributes their products to many entertainment venues (Legoland, Petco Park, Qualcomm and Seaworld) as well as many restaurants and grocery stores in the San Diego area. They are open for walk-in business, and you can order online as well.
"I took a little road trip this afternoon at lunch and went up to CNI Bakery in Escondido. Very cute place – they have lots of space and in addition to their baked goods (of which there are many) they serve sandwiches and pizzas. I bought a prepped veggy pizza for dinner tonight. Also got some biscottis, Angel Food cake and chocolate scone. I think you have something about them on your site but thought I would comment on it. Nice to have this place in SD area. Owner was there too and talked to me for quite a while."
