"On October 29 I had the pleasure of joining my DAR Sister for a high tea in Escondido, The new tea room has been open less than a month and has been a huge success with the locals. They offer a gluten-free menu that must be requested when you book your tea. The wonderful pastries are supplied by La Farfalla Café in Escondido. The gluten free shortbread cookie dipped in chocolate and topped with clotted cream was incredible and all sandwiches are served on gluten free bread that was very good.
