Legends Bistro reportedly has a fairly large gluten-free menu upon request at the restaurant (see "Comment" below). Their menus online state "Please share any dietary restrictions with your server or ask to see our lifestyle menu for gluten free offereings."

"Who knew they had a gluten-free menu? No one, because they
don’t seem to advertise it anywhere. However, if you ask for it, you can a great menu with better
selections than the regular menu. I enjoyed a chicken pasta dish that was delicious!”
