"A little north of San Diego, Legoland is a great adventure for all ages, but especially children. Gluten-free options are becoming more and more prevalent, with pre--packaged items, good gluten-free awareness in the cafes, and safe hotdogs and hamburgers available throughout. Seems like the building blocks for an easy day trip. $8 - 15."

"We took our kids to Legoland for the first time today. We had a blast! And we had a wonderful experience foodwise there too. We had lunch at the Garden Cafe (I think that's the name of it) in Mini Town. I asked the cashier if they had any gluten free options and he immediately brought out their allergy friendly menu and pointed out which specific items I could order from the cafe. I ordered a Turkey sandwich and ordered my daughter a turkey sandwich kids meal. Gluten free of course. They even offered me a discount off our meals because we weren't getting the bread. I think it was $2 off each GF "sandwich". And the cashier and the manager were very pleasant and asked me further questions about my order to make sure there was no cross contamination (i.e. they made both our meals on the spot instead of just grabbing an already made sandwich and taking the bread off).
Hats off to Legoland for taking such good care of us and making it easy for us to enjoy a meal at their park. We bought a 3 month pass and can't wait to go back again. We are even thinking of upgrading to the annual pass because of the good service and because our kids had so much fun there."
