Marketplace Grille cooks their meats, poultry and seafood over Mesquite charcoal. The menu has a Persian influence. Their menu now denotes which items are gluten free, vegetarian, and/or lactose free. They state what adaptations can be made to make certain menu items gluten-free (for instance "Substitute pita for cucumbers/carrots." The gluten-free information is not reflected yet on their online menu, however.
You order at the counter and they deliver the food to your table.
