Menchie's states on their website at the bootom of the "Flavors" page: "With the exception of flavors that contain "cookies" or "cake" our flavors are gluten-free; however, they are produced in a facility that also manufactures products containing gluten as well as peanuts, treenuts and egg products." They also have some dairy-free options.
"This is a self-serve yogurt place with many locations throughout CA. My family recently went to the San Marcos location and the store worker was going to each machine and scraping all the dripping yogurt with the same cup. There was only one non-gluten free option that day, but there is the risk of cross contamination.
