Naked Pizza describes their pizza as "all-natural, no freaky chemicals". They provide a gluten-free crust as an option. In their "Allergen Alert" they state "Our gluten-free crust contains milk and eggs and is also produced in a facily that contains and processes dairy and tree nuts. . . Although we take great care in reducing cross contamination, wheat is present in all our stores."

"One of the places we depended upon during our transition into our home was Naked Pizza in Pacific Beach. They were the only fast food source we knew we could trust. Scott, one of the managers, talked us through their processes and procedures to ensure no cross contamination issues. He also trains the new staff that comes in on the issues and concerns if cross contamination were to occur."
