"My family has dined here twice in the past week. They have a wonderful gluten free pizza crust that can be ordered in three sizes! The 16” is perfect for a family of four. The owner Mike is very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Mike has developed his own dough recipe. He says that he changed his recipe for the dough and now it is yeast free. Please call before you go to confirm what is in the dough and to check for other allergies. He also has gluten free calzones and cinnamon rolls!"

"My family and I recently went to a Paradise Pizza in Carlsbad that was recommended to me by someone at my work. Going gluten free has been relatively easy in many ways but pizza is my favorite food and giving it up has been really hard. I have had the crust at many of the popular food chains and although I would eat it, my family decided to nickname it "the cardboard pizza". When I went to Paradise Pizza and ate their home made, vegan and gluten free pizza, I was sold. My kids happily ate it and my hubby ate his meat lovers, but gluten free happily. The restaurant is really small inside, so take out might be a good idea, but we ended up staying there and chatting with the workers. Michael, the owner has been in the pizza business for years and this is his first restaurant. This is by far my favorite pizza place. Hope you like it as much as we did! "
