Piatti is a popular, upscale Italian restaurant in The Shores area of La Jolla. They provide a Gluten Free PDF menu online, as well as in the restaurant upon request. The Gluten Free Menu includes Antipasti, Insalata, Pasta, and Secondi sections. They note for the pasta to "please be patient as the cooking times are longer for these pastas".

I just ate at Piatti's tonight and was very pleasantly surprised to hear they now have a gluten-free menu. I asked if they used a clean pot with fresh water to cook the pasta in, and the waiter replied "yes". He explained that this is why it takes longer to be served a gf pasta dish.
