Pizzicato has a gluten-free crust (12") . On their website they list all the ingredients in the GF crust, as well as list all of the GF toppings. Their main menu also notes two other menu items that are gluten free.

On the website they warn: "Note for those with Celiac Disease and Wheat Allergies: Although we offer a gluten-free drust, there is wheat flour in the cooking area."
