Snooze Eatery in San Diego opened in November 2011. This restaurant serves only breakfast/brunch with a menu that offers lots of gluten-free options.
The following was emailed to Vikki S. on 12/2/11 by Becky Long at Snooze Eatery:
"We do offer gluten free items. As you saw, we offer Gluten Free Pancakes. You can do most of our options and just change the batter. We also have Udi's gluten free bread and can use it to substitute any bread with the gluten free option. We even stamp out a bottom for the eggs benedicts to give you a gluten free option there as well. Our hash browns and therefore Spuds Deluxe is gluten free, we have corn tortillas for huevos, or breakfast tacos. We can take every step to be sure there is no cross contamination. Please just let your server and even a manager know the allergy and they will guide you through the menu and communicate properly with the kitchen as well."

pancakes and eggs benedict! So delicious!! I've been to the Snooze in Denver
and this is just as good."
