Stone Brewery has gluten-free menus at the host stand. They have ones for both lunch and dinner. They are not shown on the website at this time. On 4/7/11 Randy Clemens, Public Relations Coordinator, emailed:
"Thanks so much for reaching out to us! We do have a gluten free menu at the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens, which I have attached. We are always glad to accommodate a variety of special diets as best we can. When alerted of a gluten sensitivity, we are very careful to prepare the meal accordingly, but there is the caveat that our kitchen does not have a dedicated gluten-free prep area or equipment. And while our beer selection is a no-no, we do offer a variety of wines and ciders, as well as fresh-squeezed lemonade and house-made sodas (all made with pure cane sugar or agave nectar)."
