Teens Against Gluten, (TAG), San Diego

TAG is an extention of the ROCK group that is specifically for teenagers. The group plans gatherings to the movies, gf restaurants, swim parties, bowling, laser tag, or whatever fun activity they can come up with. Being a teen is hard enough, but being a teen who cannot eat gluten makes it even harder. Through this support group, talk to other teens who may have the same experiences as you and learn how they deal with the day-to-day challenges of not eating gluten. The ages range from 13 to 18; all middle school and high school welcome.

The TAG group played Paintball at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar on January 7, 2012.
