Toovaloo sells gluten-free flatbread, Amaranth Flax Tortillas, and Pizza Crust. They use "quality non-GMO grains and organic ingredients", and no preservatives.The following information was emailed by Marka Haack, Founder of Toovaloo in 9/11:

"Great news! We now have a new manufacturer and 2 new products. Both are 12” products vacuum sealed for freshness without refrigeration.  The GF Flatbread, for the super health-conscious person, is the same formula made with organic ingredients baked and processed more like bread. The quality has been greatly improved & our facility is certified gluten-free. The other is a GF Pizza Crust made with rice flour, tapioca flour, yeast, and honey.
